Event Location

The semi-private room next to the bar area will be reserved for the event. No other guests will be seated in this area for the duration of the event.

Event Payment

Full payment for event will be paid on date of event, immediately following event.

Event Menu

Guests will be allowed to order from the lunch catering menu (available here) for a total of $18 per person, which includes the price of the meal, a soda/tea/water, tax, and gratuity. 

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your event, please try to give us as much notice as possible.

Permitted Outside Food

Guest may bring a cake (or other similar dessert item) for the event. Timberwood Tap House will provide plates and utensils for guests.

Terms & Conditions

• The use of our space for events is with the agreement that all food and beverage be purchased directly from the restaurant. No outside food or beverage will be permitted unless otherwise specified on contract.
• The exclusive use of our Dining Room on Friday & Saturday evenings (after 4:30p) has a required minimum of $2000 (pre-tax, not including gratuity) to be spent on Food & Beverage. A Room Fee will be assessed to meet room minimum if total food & beverage spending does not meet required minimum.
• By reserving any part of the restaurant facility to groups or individuals, Timberwood Tap House does not imply endorsement, support, or co-sponsorship of the event nor the beliefs or views of the groups or individuals sponsoring or hosting the event.
• Any group that would like to advertise their event must submit the advertisement to Timberwood Tap House for approval. All advertising must include a disclaimer stating that Timberwood Tap House does not sponsor, support, or endorse the event.
• Timberwood Tap House does not allow the sale or distribution of goods or services on the premises at any time or during any event. Events designed to sell goods or services at some future point or inform guests about a good or service that is available for purchase are considered sales events and are not allowed.
• Timberwood Tap House does not allow politically affiliated groups to hold events at the restaurant, including but not limited to: rallies, town halls, fundraisers, and/or election watch parties.
• Groups holding public events at Timberwood Tap House may not instruct the public or their invitees to contact the restaurant for information regarding these events.

Groups or individuals that do not comply with these guidelines are subject to forfeiting their reservation with no prior notice and at no expense to Timberwood Tap House. By signing and submitting this contract you agree to these terms.
