Comment Card Entries
The “AAG Score” is the “At a Glance” score, which gives you a quick overview of how the visit was. The first number is the total of the three service scores (blue on header row), the second is the total of the three food scores (green on header row), and the third is the total of the three visit scores (purple on header row). 15 is the max score you can get in a category, 3 is the worst. So, something like a 15/14/15 means we did great in all categories, while a 6/10/14 is bad service, OK food, and a good overall visit. Etc. It’s still good to look at the individual scores, but this is a quick way to see if someone’s visit was really bad. And the color of the box will turn orange if the overall score is particularly low.
Also if you hold your mouse over the column headers you’ll see the full name of each column, rather than just the abbreviation.
